  • Medi-Cal Cuts Win OK From Superior Court

    A superior court judge ruled that the state did not act improperly when the Legislature and Gov. Schwarzenegger approved eliminating some Medi-Cal benefits.  The case had sought to block the cuts at federally qualified health centers and rural health centers.
